GUIDELINES REGARDING FEE PAYMENT
ABOUT FEE PAYMENT
Fee is taken at the school on a monthly basis. Fee is taken without any fine till the 10th of every month. If there is a holiday on the 10th of any month then on the 11th of the same month, fee is taken without any fine.
If fee is deposited till 15th, twenty rupees fine is charged. From 16th to 20th of every month forty rupees fine is charged. Amount of fine is further increases to 60 if fee is deposited from 21st to 25th of a month. The amount of fine increases to Rs. 80 if fee is deposited from 26th to 31st of the month. If any child’s fee is not deposited for two months, his name is struck off from the school’s admission record.
If parents need school leaving certificate at any stage, it will be issued when all pending dues are duly deposited.
ਫ਼ੀਸ ਦੇ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਬਾਰੇ
ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਹੀਨਾਵਾਰ ਫੀਸ ਲਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ 10 ਤਰੀਕ ਤੱਕ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਜੁਰਮਾਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਫੀਸ ਲਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ 10 ਤਰੀਕ ਨੂੰ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ 11 ਤਰੀਕ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਫੀਸ ਲਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਜੇਕਰ 15 ਤਰੀਕ ਤੱਕ ਫੀਸ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਵੀਹ ਰੁਪਏ ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ ਵਸੂਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ 16 ਤੋਂ 20 ਤਰੀਕ ਤੱਕ ਚਾਲੀ ਰੁਪਏ ਜੁਰਮਾਨਾ ਵਸੂਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ 21 ਤੋਂ 25 ਤਰੀਕ ਤੱਕ ਫੀਸ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੁਰਮਾਨੇ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ 60 ਤੱਕ ਵਧ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜੁਰਮਾਨੇ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ ਵਧ ਕੇ ਰੁਪਏ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। 80 ਜੇਕਰ ਫੀਸ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ 26 ਤੋਂ 31 ਤਰੀਕ ਤੱਕ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਦੋ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੱਕ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਨਾਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪੜਾਅ ‘ਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਛੱਡਣ ਦੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਉਦੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਸਹੀ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
ABOUT LAST MONTH’S FEE
February month is the eleventh month of the academic session. The final examination of the school starts in February month. It is, therefore, important that March month’s fee is also deposited in February month. Parents are requested to note that child will be permitted to appear in the final examination only when all the dues of the child are clear.
ਆਖਰੀ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਬਾਰੇ
ਫਰਵਰੀ ਦਾ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਗਿਆਰਵਾਂ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਹੈ। ਸਕੂਲ ਦੀ ਫਾਈਨਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਫਰਵਰੀ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਾਰਚ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਵੀ ਫਰਵਰੀ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ। ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਨੋਟ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਫਾਈਨਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਉਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
Fee Deposit Timings
In summer season when school starts at 7:55AM, fee will be taken in Accounts office everyday between 8:00AM and 2:00
PM. In winter season when school starts at 8:55AM, fee will be taken in accounts office between 9:00AM and 3:00PM. If
parents don’t deposit the dues as per the fee deposit timings, fee will not be taken by accounts office staff. Parents are
requested not to have any argument with the school staff as they are following school rules.
ਫੀਸ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ
ਗਰਮੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਵੇਰੇ 7:55 ਵਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਫੀਸ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਵੇਰੇ 8:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 2:00 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਲੇਖਾ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਸਰਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਦੋਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਸਵੇਰੇ 8:55 ਵਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਫੀਸ ਸਵੇਰੇ 9:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 3:00 ਵਜੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਲੇਖਾ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਜੇਕਰ ਮਾਪੇ ਫੀਸ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਲੇਖਾ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੇ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਫੀਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਬਹਿਸ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

Esteemed parents
All the members of the school managing committee, Principal and teachers of the school stand fully committed to imparting quality education to our children so that they may all get fully equipped with skills and strengths that are so badly required in 21st Century children. We do not ever make any compromise in the teaching learning sessions that are conducted at the school.
If in the new academic session this sort of situation arises that we have to impart education using online mode, we will educate our children in such a way that they will not experience any loss of studies and therefore there will not be any reduction or exemption in any of the fee heads.
