Today, Students of Pre-Primary sector have shown a spell binding dance performance eon the song “Hum Hain Aandhi, Hum Hain Toofan”. They held everybody’s attention with their costumes.Their enthusiasm, zeal and passion were high points of thrir performance. All the other Pre Primary students were also charmed by them and they also started doing the steps being done by stage performers. This performance of the students lifted the spirits of all the children of the school.

Creative teaching aids prepared by the teachers of Revel Dale Public School demonstrate their dedication and devotion towards the students and it also proves that they know very well how they are to hold the attention of the students and how they are to make their teaching interesting and engaging.
Ms Pradeep and Ms Manbeer , the teachers of Nursery Std have prepared highly innovative teaching aids to make their classroom teaching highly creative. They richly deserve appreciation for their hardwork.

In order to hone and chisel the hidden talent of the children Inter House Competitions are conducted at Revel Dale Public School. Every week new activities are conducted. Children of all houses are prepared for the activities and then after one week’s practice competition is conducted .

Good Work gets rewarded at Revel Dale Public School
Children who put their heart and soul into their work that they did during summer vacation were honoured in the morning assembly period.
The avid readers who prepared aesthetically beautiful book jackets and paintings based on the theme of the books were also given certificate of appreciation and prizes.
The students’ bonding with books was further strengthened with this honouring ceremony.

Quiz on the theme "What's Ailing the Earth"
Today ie 16th July a quiz was conducted at Revel Dale Public School, Attari. It was based on the article “What’s ailing the earth” that was published in The Tribune( Student Edition) on 5th July. The purpose of conducting the quiz competition was to make all the children aware of the damage being done by the insensitive attitude of the human beings towards mother earth by doing gross damage to the habitat of animals and marine creatures
By holding this activity in front of more than two thousand students a strong and much needed awareness was generated in the school about our responsibility towards our environment.
A strong wave of inspiration was released in the environment of the school when all the students of the school resolved in all earnestness to counter all the activities that are hazardous for the environment.
The article on environment care was so soul stirring that we, the teachers, felt so keen to conduct this Quiz Competition among the students who subscribe to The Tribune ( Student Edition).
Several such competitions will be conducted in future also.

Giddha Competition
Inter-house competition of Giddha was held at our school. Four houses participated in Giddha. Giddha is a popular folk dance of Punjab. It is a highly colourful dance form which has spread to all regions of India.Our little Punjabi Mutiyars performed very well and their performances were assessed by our Dance teacher Miss Neetu.

In this activity, students have described benefits of trees. Trees are an essential resource for everyone.Trees give oxygen that we need to breathe. Trees provide us shelter on hot and sunny days. Through this activity, students spread message to plant more and more trees.

High Goal Inspires the Soul
In the inter House competition students of Revel Dale Public School gave a presentation on the theme High Goal Inspires The Soul. In this presentation a document called Goal Manual was shown by each child and in this document they had mentioned their goal, their strengths , weaknesses, their resolution and their way of improving further. Students of classes 7th to 12th participated in this competition. The purpose of this activity was to cultivate in the children the value and worth of high goal.
All the children of the school were told about Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’s convictions related with High goal who said ” It’s a crime to have a low goal”.
Because of this competition a strong wave of inspiration was released in the entire school’s ambience.

Snapshots of Creative Canvas- An Exhibition of Art and Craft work made by the young creative geniuses of the school
On the day of the first PT Meet of the session 2024-25, parents felt delighted to see the creative work done by the students. Students explained the themes of the painting work. They experienced a great deal of pride while talking about their craft work for which they had used waste material lying at their home.
This proved to be a highly educative and confidence building experience for the students.

A Reverential Tribute to Dr Surjit Patar
Sensitively written poems of Dr Surjit Patar that are a poignant commentary on the regressive practices widely pervasive in Punjab were read out and dwelt upon by teacher, students and the resource person S Avtar Singh at Revel Dale Public School on 14th May. S Avtar Singh, an avid reader and Punjabi Literature enthusiast addressed the students of 10th Std and shared his invaluable insights and perceptions on the poems of Dr Surjit Patar ji.
S Avtar Singh Ji described Patar Sahib as a poet of hope. He told the children that Patar Sahib was a poet who always made a scathing but subtle attack on vicious ways followed by the people.

Gurudev’s vision of making India a country where there is no discrimination among the people on the basis of caste, religion, race or ethnicity was shared with students by Principal Rajiv Arora who also told them that Gurudev envisioned India where all the people strive for perfection and believe in the power of truth.

Felicitation of Winners
In this felicitation ceremony of CISCE Zonal Level Sports tournaments winners principal of the school Mr. Rajiv Arora told all the children of the school about the values that are cultivated in the sports field. One learns to persevere, perspire, coordinate, focus, compete and succeed in the sports ground. One learns to be prompt, agile and alert through sports.
All the students of the school felt greatly enthused while witnessing the felicitation ceremony of different sports achievers of the school.

Creative Canvas
Students have in them vast reservoir of creativity. Here at the school this creativity was tapped through an exhibition of paintings and craft work.
Waste material lying at home was used by children to make fascinating craft material. Themes of the paintings were Perseverance, Focus, Time Management and High Goal.
This exhibition was named ‘ Creative Canvas.

The singing competition was conducted on 30.01.2022 for the sole purpose of cultivating the fascination for meaningful and educative musical composition. Music has been a strong source of inspiration for a number of people since time immemorial.
- During the period of freedom struggle also different freedom fighters drew inspiration from the lyrics of so many songs.
- Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose also gave us the song Kadam Kadam Badai Ja, Khushi Ke Geet Gaye Ja.
- Bhagat Singh too used to sing the song Rang De Basanti Chola with a lot of zeal and fervour.
- All our children can also explore zeal and enthusiasm that is there in them with music.

Among all the freedom fighters Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose holds a distinct place. With his zeal, fervour and fire he single handedly inspired countless Indians to prepare themselves for releasing our mother India from the shackles of the Britishers. He infused self belief, courage and spirit of sacrifice in the Indians. Indian national army created by him was a large contingent of spirited soldiers who made Britishers realize that their days in India were numbered. Subhash Chandra Bose Ji will always remain a source of inspiration for us. He has made us understand that one inspired Indian can make great contribution to the cause of nation. We, the teachers and students of revel dale public school, are determined to emulate the principles and ideals of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.
