Winner in National Level Poetry Competition
When efforts are made on children in a passionate manner, results always go beyond our expectations. This has been proved by two students of Revel Dale Public School who had participated in National Level Poetry Competition conducted by CISCE on the occasion of Teachers’ Day. These two students are Palakpreet Kaur (+1 ) and Shubhdeep Kaur (9th Class). A competition in which thousands of students have participated from the schools of every state of the country. Palakpreet Kaur got 2nd position in the category of class 11th and 12th students. Her poem on the theme “A Classroom Called life” articulates the feeling of the students in a subtle manner. This poem has a profound message for the students that they are to work with patience and negotiate with all the challenges with disciplined and preservance. The recognition that Palakpreet Kaur has been given will further motivate her to hone her writing ability further. Shubhdeep Kaur’s poem also has the same theme ie “A Classroom Called Life”. Her poem throws ample light on the kind of transformation that students experience in the hours that they spend in the classroom. Her poem says that in classroom we move from mistakes to learning ; from selfdoubt to confidence and from ignorance to enlightenment . The achievement of these two students bears vivid testimony to the fact that in the rural areas there is immense potential in the children. If this potential is ignited and properly channelized, the students can compete and succeed at the National Level. These two students were in competition with all the students studying in all schools affiliated to CISCE. With this achievement they have raised the confidence level of the students of the schools. The earnest endeavours the teachers of the school make on the students have converted this long cherished dream into reality. Now these students have broken the glass ceiling and in the coming days several more students of Revel Dale Public School will surely leave their glorious imprint in different competitions that are held at all the levels. Intra School Kho Kho Competition
Revel Dale Public School maintains a perfect balance between studies and sports. The students of the school are groomed in such a manner that they perform well in academic as well as in sport activities. In order to tap the sporting potential of the children. Intra School Sports Competitions are being held at the school. Today i.e. 18 November 2025 KHO KHO competition was organized. Six teams of girls and these may teams of boys took part in a competition. All these six teams had been groomed by the sports teachers of the school. These sports teachers had guided all the students about different subtleties of the game. A lot many talented students have been identified in this competition and they will be groomed further for Zonal Level competition, State Level Competition and National level Competitions.
ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਖੋ ਖੋ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ* ਰੈਵਲ ਡੇਲ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਸਕੂਲ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਵਧੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਖੇਡ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਰਤਣ ਲਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੇਡ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਅੱਜ ਯਾਨੀ 18 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਖੋ ਖੋ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਛੇ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੰਡਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਛੇ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਖੇਡ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖੇਡ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸੂਖਮਤਾਵਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ੋਨਲ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ, ਰਾਜ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਅੱਗੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

Intra School Music Competition
At Revel Dale Public School a number of educative values are transmitted to children through value based songs on daily basis. The school children listen to the songs which are based on different time tested and time honoured winning virtues. Young learners of all classes strengthen their value system through educative melodies as a lot of efforts is made by the music department of the school to nurture the students with time tested success elements and therefore in order to assess the students’ singing potential a singing competition was held at Revel Dale Public School on 13 November 2025 in which three teams studying in class UKG to 2nd Std participated. Almost 40 students participated in this competition. All the students were brimming with self confidence and self belief. Their singing was of top quality. All students were in key and sang with rapture and proper feel. They all looked highly expressive. Everybody was following the beat of the music as well as the rhythm. It was the three music teachers of the school who had prepared their teams. The competition was won by the team that was groomed by Ms. Rajbir Kaur. This competition released waves of inspiration in the ambience of the school.

ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਿਵਸ*
*ਮੌਲਾਨਾ ਅਬੁਲ ਕਲਾਮ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਸਾਡੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ, ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡਾ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਇਆ। ਅੱਜ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਨਮਦਿਨ ਰੈਵਲ ਡੇਲ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਿਵਸ ਵਜੋਂ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਲਾਨਾ ਅਬੁਲ ਕਲਾਮ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਦੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਘੁਲਾਟੀਏ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਸਾਡੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਹ ਉਹੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਭਾਰਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਗੁੰਝਲਦਾਰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਦੇਖਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੋੜਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਏਕਤਾ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ। ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ ਹੈ। ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਡਾਂਸ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ‘ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ’ ਸੀ। ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਿਵਸ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾਦਾਇਕ ਨੋਟ ‘ਤੇ ਸਮਾਪਤ ਹੋਇਆ।

A dramatized interaction on the role of Science in our life
World Science Day was commemorated at Revel Dale Public School with the sole purpose of projecting the role of science in every walk of life. Students of the school presented a dramatized interaction in which the contribution that the science has made in making our life comfortable and smooth. In this discussion it was concluded that the entire development that we see all around is there because of science. The role of science in agriculture, in industrial sector, in education , in IT sector and in print and visual media is very well known to all. Country’s defense also depends to a great extent on science. In today’s interaction one student presented herself as a renowned scientists and other students acted as young science enthusiasts. The message that was communicated to all the students was that we should always be grateful to the scientists for helping us overcome different difficulties that we face at different stages of life. All the students of the school watched this act with rapt attention and felt greatly motivated.

Quiz on books
Book reading certainly kindles critical thinking, creativity and competitive mindset. It came to the fore when students of Revel Dale Public School participated in a quiz competition based on 21 books taken from school library by these students. The young learners of classes 6th to 8th took part in this competition. They shared their views on the books of Ruskin Bond, Sudha Murthy, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam and several other authors. They dwelt upon the application of insights culled out of books in real life. Moral elements given in books appealed to the children the most. Twenty one books chosen for this competition were of different genres. Some of the books chosen were biographies. There were a few collections of short stories. The confident , articulate and composed presence of the children was a source of inspiration for many students of the school. Many students of classes 3rd to 5th and 9th to 11th showed keen urge to participate in this kind of competition. All the students of Revel Dale Public School always look focussed while perusing the books in the library period. They are frequently told that those who read are the ones who lead.
Books are enriching them for big leadership roles in the days to come.

Prakash Parv of Guru NanaK Dev Ji
Prakash Parv of Guru Nanak Dev Ji was celebrated with a lot of fervour and devotion.
The pious morning procession (Prabhat Pheri) was conducted at the school. Students and teachers walked all across the school chanting holy gurbani with utmost reverence.All the teachers and students paid obeisance and got ‘prashad’.
Sacred name of Guru Nanak Dev ji reverberated in the entire ambience of the school. Guru Ji’s teachings were shared with all the students. All the students of the school listened to the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev ji respectfully and resolved to demonstrate the teachings through their real life conduct.
The whole ambience of the school was resounding with holy Gurbani and spiritual vibrations.

ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਪਰਵ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਤ ਫੇਰੀ ਕੱਢੀ ਗਈ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਜਾਪ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੂਰੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲੇ। ਸਾਰੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਦ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਨਾਮ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੂੰਜ ਉੱਠਿਆ। ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਦੇਵ ਜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅਸਲ ਜੀਵਨ ਆਚਰਣ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਲਿਆ। ਸਕੂਲ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਗੂੰਜ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।

Students and teachers expressed their sentiments for the school. This was the day to remember the vision, mission and principles of the school. Journey towards academic excellence that commenced in November 2009 is not over as yet. Even though a lot many milestones have been achieved and a lot many precedents have been set yet we are not to rest or relax. We are on our way to achieve several new mile stones and we are to set several new precedents.
Task is huge and task is tough but with the ever abiding support of our teachers, with the inspired response of our students, with the trust of our managing committee members and with the good wishes of the parents we will continue to perspire, move faster and higher and will generate fire to spread brilliance all around.

ਜਦੋਂ ਰੈਵਲ ਡੇਲ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿਖੇ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਦਾ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ਼-ਸੁਥਰੀ, ਧੂੰਏਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਰਹਿਤ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪਟਾਕਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਾ ਸੰਕਲਪ ਲਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਹਵਾ ਦੀ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਹਰ ਬੀਤਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੈਸ ਚੈਂਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜਾਨਲੇਵਾ ਗੈਸਾਂ ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ, ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਛੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇੱਕ ਸਕਿੱਟ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ‘ਤੇ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪਟਾਕਿਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੂੰਏਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਜਾਨਵਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਛੀ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਡਰਦੇ ਸਨ। ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਦੀਵੇ ਜਗਾਏ ਜੋ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਦੀਵੇ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕ ਹਨ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਮਝ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ਼-ਸੁਥਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ ਰਹਿਤ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਮਨਾ ਕੇ ਖੁਸ਼ਹਾਲ ਦੀਵਾਲੀ ਮਨਾਉਣੀ ਹੈ।

Birth Anniversary of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam
A devotional tribute was paid to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam on his 94th birth anniversary at Revel Dale Public School. Inspirational anecdotes from his life were recounted before the students who grew exceedingly inspired to learn about his humility, his compassion, his righteousness and his perseverance. He was a scientist par excellence.He was the most admired President of India. His bond with the students was exemplary and he was an educator beyond compare.
Singing choir of the school sang a song based on the duties that students of our country are expected to discharge.
An oath that was administered by Dr Kalam to the students was read out before the students of the school. All the students realised what the whole society expected of them.
The impact of the presentations of the assembly was very deep and profound on the students.

International Girl Child Day Commemoration
The purpose of commemorating International Girl Child Day at Revel Dale Public School was to make children understand that all women achievers in all spheres including Space Science, Sports, Literature, Education and Civil services deserve our adulation because they manage to carve their niche in this male dominated society despite countless odds. In the Indian society it is rare that girls are groomed for careers. Majority of the girls also reconcile with the societal norms and give up their urge to excel in this competitive world.
All the girl students of the school were exhorted to strive in a manner that they may emerge as an embodiment of excellence. If each one of them becomes academically strong, intellectually alert and morally firm, none of them will be the victim of gender discrimination. This will be a strong step in the direction of removing gender bias from the society.
Through cultural presentations also the same message was shared. All in general and girl students in particular were visibly inspired.

Investiture Ceremony
Investiture Ceremony of the School’s Students Council Members was held at Revel Dale Public School on 13th October 2025
More than 150 students were given different leadership positions on this day at the school. They were all told to tread the path of honesty and create a culture of honesty in the entire school. They were further told that no one would ever resort to falsehood if honesty remained his guiding principle. One story of the Padam Vibhushan Awardee Ms. Sudha Murthy was read out in the front of all the students of the school. Children were highly inspired to listen to this real life story in which Hanuman Thapa remained steadfast on the path of honesty despite his abject poverty. All the students of the school including the new council members resolved together to remain firm on the guiding principle of honesty and oath was also administered to them. In this oath the responsibility of making Revel Dale Public School a real hub of learning and a centre of academic excellence was entrusted to them. A few cultural presentations were also performed with a view to releasing strong vibrations of inspiration in the entire ambience of the school.

In the Indian society it is rare that girls are groomed for careers. Majority of the girls also reconcile with the societal norms and give up their urge to excel in this competitive world.
All the girl students of the school were exhorted to strive in a manner that they may emerge as an embodiment of excellence. If each one of them becomes academically strong, intellectually alert and morally firm, none of them will be the victim of gender discrimination. This will be a strong step in the direction of removing gender bias from the society.
Through cultural presentations also the same message was shared. All in general and girl students in particular were visibly inspired.

Message of making Amritsar a hub of spirituality, inclusivity and cultural strength was shared while commemorating prakash utsav of Guru Ramdass ji
Amritsar was founded by Guru Ramdass Ji in 16th Century. When this city was founded the vision was to make this place a model of piousness and sacredness. Guru Ramdass ji wanted to present this place as a spiritual hub where people follow all honesty practices to earn their livelihood. His vision was inclusive and was based on brotherhood. Amrit sarover was also created under his supervision. The present name of the city has originated from the Amrit sarover created by Guru Ramdass ji.
This vital information was shared with the students today when Sri Guru Ramdass ji’s birth anniversary was commemorated at Revel Dale Public School.
Students of the school were further told to ensure that Amritsar has to be a model of inclusiveness, brotherhood, ethics and cleanliness. This has to be revived as a hub of spirituality and cultural strength.
Being true devotees of Guru Ramdass ji we are to lead the life of purity, ethics, honesty and hardwork. We are to present Amritsar as a model of righteousness, inclusivity and cultural strength.

ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ 16ਵੀਂ ਸਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਇਸ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਸੋਚ ਇਸ ਸਥਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰਤਾ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਨਮੂਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸੀ। ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਇਸ ਸਥਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੁਨਿਆ ਅੱਗੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਲੋਕ ਆਪਣੀ ਰੋਜ਼ੀ-ਰੋਟੀ ਕਮਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀਕੋਣ ਸਮਾਵੇਸ਼ੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਸੀ। ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਹੇਠ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਤੋਂ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅੱਜ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜਦੋਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਦਿਹਾੜਾ ਰੈਵਲ ਡੇਲ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਵੇਸ਼ੀ, ਭਾਈਚਾਰਾ, ਨੈਤਿਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਫਾਈ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਨਮੂਨਾ ਬਣਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸਨੂੰ ਅਧਿਆਤਮਿਕਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਤਾਕਤ ਦੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਮੁੜ ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸੱਚੇ ਭਗਤ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਤੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪਵਿੱਤਰਤਾ, ਨੈਤਿਕਤਾ, ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਨਾਲ ਜੀਵਨ ਬਤੀਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਨੂੰ ਧਾਰਮਿਕਤਾ, ਸਮਾਵੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਤਾਕਤ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਨਮੂਨੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਅੱਗੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।

Books Exhibition at Revel Dale Public School
As school students are becoming more inclined towards social media, they are prone to all sorts of distractions. These distractions don’t let them focus on their studies. It is their bonding with books that saves them from distractions. Books educate, motivate, enrich and inspire. Books amuse and entertain also. In order to enhance students’ bonding with books an exhibition of books was held at Revel Dale Public School today ie 4th October. More than four thousand books were put on display. Books of all genres were there. There were books containing inspiring stories. Apart from such books there were several biographies, self culture books and travelogues in the exhibition. Children and parents were extremely enthused and excited to see these many books. They browsed through the pages of the books with a great deal of fondness.
All the parents appreciated this initiative of the school. Teachers of the school also demonstrated great interest in the exhibition.
When the young generation develops a strong association with books, society becomes refined, disciplined and civilized.
At Revel Dale Public School everyone strives with this motive that society should change for the better.

There is so much that children of Play Pen are learning at the school.Several good habits are being learnt.
They are learning a number of useful life skills at the school.
They are all very happy and cheerful at the school. All the teachers of Pre Primary wing feel extremely delighted to see these little kids at the school.
