Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji celebrated with reverence and devotion
Students, teachers and members of Revel Dale Public School managing committee showed their reverence for Guru Nanak Dev ji on the auspicious occasion of 555th Prakash Purb of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji.
A devotional tribute to Guru Nanak Dev ji was paid by the students through soulful shabad singing.
A short enactment based on the teachings of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji was presented by the students . Through this enactment message of diligence was shared with all the students of the school. Children learnt to stay away from superstitions and dogmas.
A stage presentation was shown to guide the children to maintain cleanliness while serving ‘langar’.
Principal Mr Rajiv Arora told the students about Aarti that was first recited by Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji and Shri Rabindranath Tagore Ji considered it World Anthem.
The entire ambience of the school was suffused with fervour of purity.

Children Day celebrations at Revel Dale Public School
Children Day was celebrated in a spirited and zestful manner at Revel Dale Public School. Principal Mr Rajiv Arora, teachers and students paid their tributes to the first prime minister of India, Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru.
Pt Nehru’s contribution to children was dwelt upon by the Principal Mr Rajiv Arora who told the children about vision of Pt Nehru who established world class institutions like IIT, IIM and AIIMS for the youngsters of India. Pt Nehru’s love for India gets vividly projected through his books ‘The Discovery of India’ and ‘Father’s letters to the daughter’.
On this occasion teachers showed their sentiments for children through a song.
Teachers put up a dramatized presentation to make all the children aware of all that they expect from them.
Children felt highly enriched on learning about the life and contribution of Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru. They felt greatly motivated after witnessing the dramatized interaction of the teachers in which they had talked about what children are capable of achieving with the kind of energy and potential that they have on them.

National Education Day Commemoration
On the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad National Education Day was celebrated with a great deal of devotion and reverence. About Maulana Azad, the first Education Minister of India, children learnt that he was a great visionary scholar, freedom activist, philosopher and statesman. His contribution to India’s education system remains unparalleled. His insights and perceptions on education show us the way even today. He strongly believed in inclusive education. Education ,according to Maulana Azad removes all barriers that are created in the society on the basis of colour, caste, creed, religion , race and culture. He strove tirelessly to create a curriculum that promotes critical thinking which further leads to innovative mindset. Cultivation of strong value system is an integral part of education.
It was through a skit that the philosophy of Maulana Azad was presented before the students.
Several children had made paintings based on the way education contributes to our life.
All the children demonstrated remarkable discipline while witnessing different presentations of the National Education Day. They were all visibly inspired.

Orientation Session: It's Time to Give Our Best
In an orientation session of one hour duration Principal of Revel Dale Public School Mr Rajiv Arora shared his insights with 125 teachers of the school on the theme ” It’s Time to Give Our Best”. While sharing his perceptions he urged the teachers to demonstrate high energy level and establish a strong bond with the students.
Strong bond gets instantly established if teachers exude warmth and compassion in the class. Teachers’ warmth and compassion get established when teachers keep on encouraging the students on seeing their little bit of improvement. Words of encouragement are needed for those students also who show improvement in their classroom behaviour.
During the orientation session teachers were given demonstration of the way they are expected to interact with the students in order to assess their learning and to enable them to speak so that they may develop self-faith.
Teachers were guided to stay patient in the classroom while explaining, writing, assessing and while guiding the students.
It was an interactive session. Mr Arora was highly expressive while giving his presentation and teachers felt greatly motivated and empowered during this session.

Diwali Celebration with Zeal and Fervour
The spirit of Diwali has got nothing to do with exploding fire crackers . Diwali stands for spreading brilliance everywhere. Those who pollute air by bursting fire crackers act against the spirit of Diwali.Air pollution is a matter of deep concern for everyone. Through a skit performed by children this message of not harming the environment by bursting crackers was strongly communicated to all the students of the school during the stage programme that was held to celebrate diwali at the school.Through all these special assemblies Revel Dale Public School is doing its duty of bringing reform in the children as well as in the society.

Commemoration of the 16th Foundation Day of Revel Dale Public School
Gratitude to God was expressed with Sri Japji Sahib paath by Managing Committee members , Principal ,core team members and administrative staff. In the entire ambience of the school there was spiritual devotion.
When Sri Japji Sahib paath got over, an interaction on the school’s policies was conducted. Principal Mr Rajiv Arora responded to the questions raised by the members of core team of the school. Several questions based on the school’s policy of not permitting the children to go for tuition and come to school on motorbike were raised. Mr Arora responded that tuition is counter productive as a child going for tuition is not left with time or energy to do self study. He starts disliking his work and thus as a student he suffers. About school’s policy of not permitting the children to come on motorbike Mr Arora said that school students are being taught to emerge as law abiding citizen. Permitting them to use motorbike would have been a gross violation of law.
Mr Rajiv Arora said certain people have this misconception that School is meant for making money. Revel Dale Public School was established in 2010 with the sole motive of imparting quality education to the children who often remain deprived of that.
CISCE curriculum is being followed in letter and spirit and that’s why students of the school are doing so well in academic and co-academic spheres.
Foundation Day Commemoration strengthened everyone’s resolve to do still better for the growth and development of the students.

Annual Sports Day of Revel Dale Public School
Students’ participation in the Annual Sports Day of the school was full of exuberance, vibrance, excitement and exultation. 350 Students of the school participated in different minor and major games. Sports Day started with inaugural ceremony that was held to enthuse the students to make their participation in sports activities focussed and disciplined .
Students were administered an oath to make them understand the relevance and spirit of Sports day.
Parents also participated in certain events of the sports day. Their participation was highly energetic and it was all evident that they are all trying their utmost to secure victory position.
With so many sports activities conducted in the spacious playgrounds of the school everyone among students and parents realized the importance of physical fitness, strength, skill and stamina and thus the objective of holding this event was successfully accomplished.

Birth Anniversary of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam
When children of Revel Dale Public School watched different short dramatized interactions based on Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, the Missile Man of India, they learned about the need of having a great aim, of acquiring knowledge continuously and of persevering in life to emerge as a great person.
These skits were the part of the program that was held to celebrate Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’s Birthday. Around 150 children participated in this stage program.
As Dr Kalam had always promoted Scientific values and principles therefore a science Exhibition was also organized at the school. More than 100 students worked on 45 working models based on different principles of Geography, Mathematics and Science.
All the students of the school put themselves on an oath, and they all resolved to become citizens who are responsible, disciplined, knowledgeable and ethical. There was a strong wave of inspiration in the whole ambience of the school.

VIJAY DASHMI CELEBRATION AT REVEL DALE PUBLIC SCHOOL
Message of Vijay Dashmi was eloquently communicated to all the students through dramatized debate between Lord Ram, the embodiment of truth, compassion, humility, valour and integrity and Ravan , the personification of deception, falsehood, perversion and fallen essential.In this dramatized debate Lord Ram prevailed over Ravan and made him realize that all shades of evils that are manifestations of Ravan will disappear from this world with power of truth, compassion, humility, valour and integrity. On seeing these virtues we experience Lord Ram’s presence in our surroundings. Dark and ugly elements of evil will be removed from this world by the ever abiding moral values.
The spirit of Vijay Dashmi that stands for victory of good over evil was projected through a soul stirring poem recited by the child portraying the part of Lord Ram.
A dance presentation based on the message of Vijay Dashmi was the concluding presentation of this special assembly.

INTERNATIONAL GIRL CHILD DAY CELEBRATED WITH FERVOUR
Here at Revel Dale Public School when international Girl child day was celebrated, students of the school learned about gender equality. A discussion with six girls of class X and +1 was conducted. Through this discussion, all the girl students were guided to empower themselves with education. They were all exhorted to aim high, acquire knowledge continuously, persevere and work hard.
Through a musical presentation girl children of the school were inspired to read, compete and lead in this fiercely competitive world.
Value and worth of school education for girl children was highlighted through a dance performance.
The purpose of organizing this programme was duly achieved when it was observed that boys were encouraging the girl students while they were giving their presentations on the stage.
Through all the presentations girls were inspired to come out of their comfort zone to prove their merit in this patriarchal society.

Commemoration of Gandhi Jayanti based on Gandhian Ideals
Lofty ideals, noble principles and inspiring insights of the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi ji were taught to the children of Revel Dale Public School through enactments, musical presentations and choreographed performances.
Commemoration of Gandhi Jayanti was done at the school with a lot of devotion and reverence. A stage programme of 40 minutes duration was organized to teach the children those values that Mahatma Gandhi always wanted all the Indians to follow.
Children also realized how most of them would do blantant violation of Gandhian beliefs and principles. Children resolved that they would never budge from the path shown by Gandhi ji. Gandhi ji always preached and practised equality, simplicity, non violence, truthfulness and righteousness.
School children were also exhorted to follow all these values and virtues.

Creativity Explored through Art and Craft Exhibition
Unique craft work exhibits created with waste material available at home were the highlight of the exhibition organized at Revel Dale Public School on the day of PT MEET. Some of the students who had made fascinating things using cardboard, waste papers, wrappers and sweet boxes were present at the school for presenting all the beautifully arranged objects of creativity before the parents and other children of the school.
There were paintings made with water colours depicting the rural life that caught the attention of the parents and children.
There were a number of exhibits where children had shown their in-depth knowledge of lippan art. Parents admired this section of the exhibition a lot. They were all deeply impressed with the presentation of the students who were present in the school to interact with parents and other children of the school.
This art and craft exhibition aptly titled ” Creative Expressions ” gave an opportunity to the young creative children of the school to demonstrate their works of creativity. Their aesthetic sense was to be seen to be believed. Other children of the school felt greatly inspired on seeing the art and craft work of the students. Parents were all praise for the art teachers of the school for teaching the nuances of art to their children.

A Rare feat achieved by four students of Revel Dale Public School
Revel Dale Public School is situated close to Attari Border where youngsters are often believed to be the victim of multiple distractions. In this school students are strengthened from within with knowledge, values, and life skills. Sports activities nurture a number of life building strengths and skills and therefore children are given ample exposure of sports activities in this school. Techniques that children need to learn are taught to them. Respect for rules and power of perseverance are cultivated in them. Strength of endurance is developed in the children through physical conditioning sessions.
It is the outcome of these efforts that four students of this school who had gone to Bhuvneshwar to participate in National Level Tournament of Hockey and Volleyball held by CISCE got selected for SGFI that is to conduct National School Games.
Selection for this prestigious tournament is certainly a matter of pride not only for the school but for the entire Punjab State.
Jarmanveer Singh(9th Std ), Bipanjot Singh(8th Std ) and Sehajpreet Singh,(8th Std) are the students who will be representing school and CISCE in Hockey in U-14 category in National School Games.
YugYuvraj Singh the student of 10th class will be representing the school and CISCE in volleyball in U-17category in National School Games.
The way these children are working on themselves, the day is not far when these children will be representing the state and Nation in senior category also.
They are truly a strong source of inspiration for the school students and other youngsters living in the rural belt of border area.

Revel Dale School's Winners in Regional Level Sports Tournaments
Power , passion and persistence of the young sports enthusiasts of the students of Revel Dale Public School are the qualities that have enabled them to outshine their competitors yet again in the Regional Level sports tournaments where these students won accolades and winning positions.
Navjot Singh , the young athlete studying in 12th Std took a big leap in the high jump competition and got the second position.
Hockey under 14 team was the winner team at the zonal level. In the Regional Level competition the team got second position. The tournament was held in Moga.
Girls under 14 Volleyball team participated in the fiercely contested matches that were played in Karnal and got the coveted 2nd position.
With these winning positions these young sports enthusiasts of the school are emerging as source of inspiration for other students of the school. Several future possibilities can be seen in these young athletes.

21 Students Received Certificate of Merit from CISCE
Revel Dale Public School’s students of last year’s 10th and 12th have got a rare achievement and honour. Seventeen students of 2023-24 batch 10th Std and four students of 12th Std have received Certificate of Merit from CISCE for being one among 0.1% students of the country in Punjabi paper. This indeed is a rare accomplishment of the students and teachers. This honour conferred on 21 students of the school has raised the confidence level of the students and that of teachers. Students have realised it that they too can take lead in this competitive world. Teachers teaching other subjects have also felt inspired with this achievement of the students. They have also resolved to strive in a manner that in their subjects also Merit position may be obtained by the students.

Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji
Students and teachers of Revel Dale Public School showed their reverence to Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji during the special assembly conducted at the school to commemorate Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Students recited sacred lines enshrined in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji and explained the same in simple Punjabi to educate all the students of the school and thus the message of equality, brotherhood, respect for woman, humility, education, bravery and handwork was shared with all the students.
Shabad singing done by the students of the school enthralled everyone and transported everyone to the region of divinity.
In this 40 minutes long special assembly, all the students demonstrated deep respect and devotion to the teachings and principles that are there in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
Teachers and Principal of the school urged all the children to remain steadfast on the teachings and life lessons of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji because if we follow the path shown by Guru Granth Sahib Ji, this world will acquire divine purity, and thus it will become a place free from all the ills and evils that we witness these days.

SRI KRISHAN JANMASHTAMI
Different stages of Lord Krishna’s life were portrayed in a very creative and aesthetic manner on the stage during the special assembly that was conducted at Revel Dale Public School to commemorate Sri Krishan Janmashtami.
The entire stage programme that depicted Lord Krishna’s birth, his bond of friendship with Sudama and his pious relation with Radha was presented in a very authentic manner. Special effects were used to enhance the impact of this programme on the students.
Background commentary by the teachers brought to the fore the educative aspect of all the presentations.
Through this special assembly children learnt that God punishes the evil doers in a befitting manner and saves the common people from the evil designs of the wrong doers.
The message of striving hard and submitting oneself to the will of God was well articulated in this school function.

Shubh Saver-The Biannual Magazine of Revel Dale Public School released
The first issue of ‘Shubh Saver’ the biannual magazine of Revel Dale Public School was released today. On this occasion school’s principal Mr. Rajiv Arora told all the students of the school that childhood is the first spell of human life and it is the most significant period of human life because habits,choices, priorities and values that are formed in the childhood ,all those habits values and priorities stay with us till the last stage of our life and in the same manner morning time, when our minds is fresh, body is energetic and nature is at its best ,is the best time slot of the day. If morning hours are used in a purposeful manner, the entire day becomes productive and rewarding.
‘Shubh Saver’ magazine is a tribute to the entire span of childhood that every student spends at the school in order to make himself physically strong, mentally alert, morally firm, spiritually enlightened and socially amiable.
All the students were told that this magazine encapsulates creative ideas of the students in the form of poems, paintings, stories and essays.

In our patriarchal society it is quite uncommon to see the parents bringing up their two daughters with so much of love, care, concern and compassion. All these teachers of Revel Dale Public School are all very keen to provide the best possible education to their daughters so that they may all become capable of pursuing and achieving a high goal with their vast and deep knowledge and persevering efforts.
A song that was soaked in parental love and sacred emotions was sung by teachers in a soulful manner to express the sentiments of pride that they have for their daughters.

In order to cultivate respect and reverence for sacred Rakhi in the students a Rakhi making competition was conducted at Revel Dale Public School. Children’s latent creativity was also tapped through this activity. Children of classes 1st to 8th participated in this competition and all of them participated with a great deal of excitement and enthusiasm. It was indeed a highly educative activity for the students.

Children at Revel Dale Public School were all urged and exhorted to make India as it had been envisioned by Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore. While commemorating independence day students of RevelDalePublicSchool learnt about the vision of free India that had been so clearly articulated in Tagore’s iconic poem ‘ Where the mind is without fear’. In this poem the poet prays to God for making his country the kind of country where there are no divisions among the people on the basis of colour,caste, creed, religion or ethnicity.

Inter-house competition of Bhangra held at our school. Students of four houses participated in Bhangra. Bhangra is a dance that is full of energy and is performed with enthusiasm on loud music or dhol. Our little Punjabi Gabru performed very well and this performance of the students lifted the spirits of all the children of the school.

Youth Parliament at Revel Dale Public School
Parliament and parliamentary discussions are the soul of the Indian Democratic system. To make the students of classes 9th to 12th fully aware of how members of Parliament discuss and debate different problems ,plans and burning issues of the country and how in different sessions bills are passed, a well prepared and well rehearsed session of Youth Parliament was held at Revel Dale Public School.Role of the members of the treasury benches and that of opposition was properly understood by the students. Through this activity students got to know the duties and responsibilities of the parliamentarians.
Growing students understood very well what they all need to expect from the members of Parliament. Parliamentary etiquette and decorum could be very well understood by the students.
It was a great spectacle to see students of the school as parliamentarians who expressed their viewpoints on the problems widely pervasive in our country. They were all full of zeal, passion and enthusiasm. All had been made fully aware of the constitutional norms that are required to be followed in parliament.
It was a highly educative and enriching experience for the students.

World Nature Conservation Day
While commemorating World Nature Conservation Day students of Revel Dale Public School performed a play and a group dance to make all the students in the school realize how important it is to take care of Mothet Nature. Tall concrete structures that are being constructed in the name of the development is a regressive step as wild life and trees are being wiped out with impunity.
All around huge heaps of garbage can be seen. In the age of science and technology there is nothing that is being done to recycle garbage and to prevent the heaps of garbage from becoming breeding ground for mosquitoes and flies.
Through dramatized stage presentations all the children understood it very well that all the sources of sustenance that nature provides are required to be treasured and valued. If these sources like water, trees , flora and fauna are not conserved well then the day is not far when all living beings will lose their existence. If we are dreaming of developed India, sources of sustenance cannot be squandered. We need to save and nurture them for the healthy future of everyone in this world.

Quiz on the Theme : Parched Future
In order to make the school children fully aware of fast depleting water table a quiz competition based on the topic Parched Future was held at Revel Dale Public School. This topic was published in The Tribune (Student Edition).Through this competition the students were made aware of causes and consequences of water scarcity that is going further accentuate in the coming years.
A strong message was communicated to the all the students of the school about the way we need to conserve water resource. Students also learnt about the way technology is to be used to use water resource in a responsible and judicious manner.

Today, Students of Pre-Primary sector have shown a spell binding dance performance eon the song “Hum Hain Aandhi, Hum Hain Toofan”. They held everybody’s attention with their costumes.Their enthusiasm, zeal and passion were high points of thrir performance. All the other Pre Primary students were also charmed by them and they also started doing the steps being done by stage performers. This performance of the students lifted the spirits of all the children of the school.

Children who put their heart and soul into their work that they did during summer vacation were honoured in the morning assembly period.
The avid readers who prepared aesthetically beautiful book jackets and paintings based on the theme of the books were also given certificate of appreciation and prizes.
The students’ bonding with books was further strengthened with this honouring ceremony.

Quiz on the theme "What's Ailing the Earth"
Today ie 16th July a quiz was conducted at Revel Dale Public School, Attari. It was based on the article “What’s ailing the earth” that was published in The Tribune( Student Edition) on 5th July. The purpose of conducting the quiz competition was to make all the children aware of the damage being done by the insensitive attitude of the human beings towards mother earth by doing gross damage to the habitat of animals and marine creatures
By holding this activity in front of more than two thousand students a strong and much needed awareness was generated in the school about our responsibility towards our environment.
A strong wave of inspiration was released in the environment of the school when all the students of the school resolved in all earnestness to counter all the activities that are hazardous for the environment.
The article on environment care was so soul stirring that we, the teachers, felt so keen to conduct this Quiz Competition among the students who subscribe to The Tribune ( Student Edition).
Several such competitions will be conducted in future also.

Giddha Competition
Inter-house competition of Giddha was held at our school. Four houses participated in Giddha. Giddha is a popular folk dance of Punjab. It is a highly colourful dance form which has spread to all regions of India.Our little Punjabi Mutiyars performed very well and their performances were assessed by our Dance teacher Miss Neetu.

High Goal Inspires the Soul
In the inter House competition students of Revel Dale Public School gave a presentation on the theme High Goal Inspires The Soul. In this presentation a document called Goal Manual was shown by each child and in this document they had mentioned their goal, their strengths , weaknesses, their resolution and their way of improving further. Students of classes 7th to 12th participated in this competition. The purpose of this activity was to cultivate in the children the value and worth of high goal.
All the children of the school were told about Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’s convictions related with High goal who said ” It’s a crime to have a low goal”.

On the day of the first PT Meet of the session 2024-25, parents felt delighted to see the creative work done by the students. Students explained the themes of the painting work. They experienced a great deal of pride while talking about their craft work for which they had used waste material lying at their home.
This proved to be a highly educative and confidence building experience for the students.

A Reverential Tribute to Dr Surjit Patar
Sensitively written poems of Dr Surjit Patar that are a poignant commentary on the regressive practices widely pervasive in Punjab were read out and dwelt upon by teacher, students and the resource person S Avtar Singh at Revel Dale Public School on 14th May. S Avtar Singh, an avid reader and Punjabi Literature enthusiast addressed the students of 10th Std and shared his invaluable insights and perceptions on the poems of Dr Surjit Patar ji.
S Avtar Singh Ji described Patar Sahib as a poet of hope. He told the children that Patar Sahib was a poet who always made a scathing but subtle attack on vicious ways followed by the people.

In this felicitation ceremony of CISCE Zonal Level Sports tournaments winners principal of the school Mr. Rajiv Arora told all the children of the school about the values that are cultivated in the sports field. One learns to persevere, perspire, coordinate, focus, compete and succeed in the sports ground. One learns to be prompt, agile and alert through sports.

Students have in them vast reservoir of creativity. Here at the school this creativity was tapped through an exhibition of paintings and craft work.
Waste material lying at home was used by children to make fascinating craft material. Themes of the paintings were Perseverance, Focus, Time Management and High Goal.

The singing competition was conducted on 30.01.2022 for the sole purpose of cultivating the fascination for meaningful and educative musical composition. Music has been a strong source of inspiration for a number of people since time immemorial.
- During the period of freedom struggle also different freedom fighters drew inspiration from the lyrics of so many songs.
- Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose also gave us the song Kadam Kadam Badai Ja, Khushi Ke Geet Gaye Ja.
- Bhagat Singh too used to sing the song Rang De Basanti Chola with a lot of zeal and fervour.
- All our children can also explore zeal and enthusiasm that is there in them with music.

Among all the freedom fighters Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose holds a distinct place. With his zeal, fervour and fire he single handedly inspired countless Indians to prepare themselves for releasing our mother India from the shackles of the Britishers. He infused self belief, courage and spirit of sacrifice in the Indians. Indian national army created by him was a large contingent of spirited soldiers who made Britishers realize that their days in India were numbered. Subhash Chandra Bose Ji will always remain a source of inspiration for us. He has made us understand that one inspired Indian can make great contribution to the cause of nation. We, the teachers and students of revel dale public school, are determined to emulate the principles and ideals of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.
Here at Revel Dale Public School all those activities are conducted that nurture the children with lofty ideals, enriching thoughts and empowering virtues. Through these activities the rough edges of the children are ironed out; their focus is further sharpened; their oral expression is more eloquent and their confidence level is further enhanced. It is a highly educative and informative activity performed by 2nd Std students under the supervision and guidance of their teachers.
Students have learnt not to scatter garbage here and there. They have learnt to keep their Mother Earth clean. They have also learnt how dry and wet garbage is to be disposed of separately so that it may be recycled and reused effectively.
It is such activities that will make our children responsible future citizens.
Parents are also requested to talk to children about proper disposal of garbage.

Whichever habit a child acquires at the Pre Primary level shapes his life . Keeping this truth in mind the teachers of Nursery Std Ms Manbir and Mr. Mandeep had a lively interaction with the students on healthy eating habits.

Bhangra is a dance that is full of energy and is performed with enthusiasm on loud music or dhol. Our little Punjabi Gabru performed very well and this performance of the students lifted the spirits of all the children of the school.

Youth Parliament at Revel Dale Public School
Parliament and parliamentary discussions are the soul of the Indian Democratic system. To make the students of classes 9th to 12th fully aware of how members of Parliament discuss and debate different problems ,plans and burning issues of the country and how in different sessions bills are passed, a well prepared and well rehearsed session of Youth Parliament was held at Revel Dale Public School.Role of the members of the treasury benches and that of opposition was properly understood by the students. Through this activity students got to know the duties and responsibilities of the parliamentarians.
Growing students understood very well what they all need to expect from the members of Parliament. Parliamentary etiquette and decorum could be very well understood by the students.
It was a great spectacle to see students of the school as parliamentarians who expressed their viewpoints on the problems widely pervasive in our country. They were all full of zeal, passion and enthusiasm. All had been made fully aware of the constitutional norms that are required to be followed in parliament.
It was a highly educative and enriching experience for the students.

While commemorating World Nature Conservation Day students of Revel Dale Public School performed a play and a group dance to make all the students in the school realize how important it is to take care of Mothet Nature. S Avtar Singh, an avid reader and Punjabi Literature enthusiast addressed the students of 10th Std and shared his invaluable insights and perceptions on the poems of Dr Surjit Patar ji.
S Avtar Singh Ji described Patar Sahib as a poet of hope. He told the children that Patar Sahib was a poet who always made a scathing but subtle attack on vicious ways followed by the people.

Gurudev’s vision of making India a country where there is no discrimination among the people on the basis of caste, religion, race or ethnicity was shared with students by Principal Rajiv Arora who also told them that Gurudev envisioned India where all the people strive for perfection and believe in the power of truth.

Felicitation of Winners
In this felicitation ceremony of CISCE Zonal Level Sports tournaments winners principal of the school Mr. Rajiv Arora told all the children of the school about the values that are cultivated in the sports field. One learns to persevere, perspire, coordinate, focus, compete and succeed in the sports ground. One learns to be prompt, agile and alert through sports.
All the students of the school felt greatly enthused while witnessing the felicitation ceremony of different sports achievers of the school.

Creative Canvas
Students have in them vast reservoir of creativity. Here at the school this creativity was tapped through an exhibition of paintings and craft work.
Waste material lying at home was used by children to make fascinating craft material. Themes of the paintings were Perseverance, Focus, Time Management and High Goal.
This exhibition was named ‘ Creative Canvas.

The singing competition was conducted on 30.01.2022 for the sole purpose of cultivating the fascination for meaningful and educative musical composition. Music has been a strong source of inspiration for a number of people since time immemorial.
- During the period of freedom struggle also different freedom fighters drew inspiration from the lyrics of so many songs.
- Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose also gave us the song Kadam Kadam Badai Ja, Khushi Ke Geet Gaye Ja.
- Bhagat Singh too used to sing the song Rang De Basanti Chola with a lot of zeal and fervour.
- All our children can also explore zeal and enthusiasm that is there in them with music.

Among all the freedom fighters Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose holds a distinct place. With his zeal, fervour and fire he single handedly inspired countless Indians to prepare themselves for releasing our mother India from the shackles of the Britishers. He infused self belief, courage and spirit of sacrifice in the Indians. Indian national army created by him was a large contingent of spirited soldiers who made Britishers realize that their days in India were numbered. Subhash Chandra Bose Ji will always remain a source of inspiration for us. He has made us understand that one inspired Indian can make great contribution to the cause of nation. We, the teachers and students of revel dale public school, are determined to emulate the principles and ideals of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.
Here at Revel Dale Public School all those activities are conducted that nurture the children with lofty ideals, enriching thoughts and empowering virtues. Through these activities the rough edges of the children are ironed out; their focus is further sharpened; their oral expression is more eloquent and their confidence level is further enhanced.
